Getting links to your website is very important, as it will help your search engine rankings greatly. In an ideal world, the best way to get links is for other websites to naturally link to you. This might be down to a well written article they like, or they're saying thanks as a happy customer of yours. Problem is, you aren't in control of these links and they may take a long time to develop.
For businesses looking to make their website's profitable, this method can't be the only way of getting links. It will take too long to establish good rankings, and time costs money!
Of course, people have been pro-active and found ways of generating incoming links to their websites. One technique is commenting on blogs...
